[PENGUMUMAN COVID-19] OPERASI PEJABAT PIHAK BERKUASA PERANTI PERUBATAN (PBPP) DALAM TEMPOH PERINTAH KAWALAN PERGERAKAN (PKP)

Para pelanggan yang dihormati,
Sejajar dengan PKP akibat wabak Covid-19 yang dikuatkuasakan Kerajaan, pejabat PBPP akan ditutup sementara dari menerima pelanggan/pelawat mulai 18 Mac 2020 sehingga diberitahu kelak. Oleh itu, kami telah membuat sedikit pengubahsuaian terhadap operasi kami.
Semua permohonan dalam talian melalui sistem MeDC@St2.0 akan beroperasi seperti biasa, manakala permohonan lain boleh dibuat melalui e-mel. Untuk pembayaran dan pengambilan sijil/surat, operasi kami adalah seperti berikut:

2) Pendaftaran Peranti Perubatan |
i) Pembayaran hanya boleh dibuat menggunakan pemindahan dalam talian/fpx di dalam sistem MeDC@St ii) Draf bank asal boleh dihantar ke kaunter kami setiap hari Isnin daripada 9.00pg – 1.00 ptg di Aras G |
Sijil asal pendaftaran/pelesenan hanya boleh diambil dari kaunter kami mulai dari tarikh yang akan dimaklumkan kelak Establismen boleh menggunakan nombor pendaftaran dan draf sijil boleh diakses/dicetak di sistem MeDC@St2.0 |

6) Konsultasi & kebenaran perjalanan |
PBPP menawarkan konsultasi percuma sepanjang tempoh PKP Permohonan kebenaran untuk melakukan perjalanan semasa PKP |
Konsultasi & permohonan kebenaran untuk perjalanan akan dilakukan melalui e-mel. Hantarkan pertanyaan anda ke consultation@mda.gov.my |
Kami akan memaklumkan bila kami akan memulakan operasi biasa dan anda diminta untuk menyemak pengumuman di portal kami untuk mendapatkan maklumat berkenaan.

Dear valued customers,
In line with the MCO imposed by Government due to Covid-19 outbreak, MDA office will be temporarily closed to our customers/visitors starting from 18 March 2020 until further notice. In view of that, we have made slight adjustments to our operations.
All the online applications via MeDC@St2.0 system will be operational as usual, whereas other applications may be made via e-mail. For payment and collection of certificate/letter, kindly follow the following arrangements:
