We are pleased to inform you that starting from 17th May 2024 to 19th May 2024, MDA will be conducting a significant upgrade to the Medical Device Centralized Reporting System (MeDCReSt), our online platform for managing post market medical devices reporting. This upgrade is required to enhance the efficiency, security, and functionality of the system, ensuring a more seamless experience for all users.

During this upgrade process, the MeDCReSt will be temporarily down from 12.01 a.m. 17th May to 12.00 a.m.  19th May 2024. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to implement these important improvements. The enhanced MeDCReSt will be up and available for use after the upgrade is complete which is on 20th May 2024. We encourage all users to plan accordingly and make any necessary arrangements to accommodate this brief downtime.

With these upgrades, MeDCReSt will provide a better platform for reporting any post market issues related to medical devices, streamlining processes, and ultimately contributing to the advancement of healthcare delivery in our nation.
