Kindly be informed that starting on 24th February 2020, any expired licence is not allowed to be renewed, however it would not affect the right of the applicant to make a fresh application (NEW REGISTRATION).

You may renew the establishment licence ONE year prior to the expiry date, with complying to the licence requirement. If the licence is approaching to the expiry date, gently remind you to apply for the licence renewal via MEDCAST 2.0.
