LICENSE CONDITION FIRST REVISION

The license condition has been revised by including new clauses related to license amendment and post market issue. It has been implemented on 10 April 2018 and please be free to download it now.

A licensee shall comply with the conditions imposed by the Authority on the establishment license as per stated in Section 19(1) of Act 737.

Any licensee who contravenes Section 19(1) commits an offence and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred thousand ringgit or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
